Due to the nature of our jewellery, Joverie does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect purchases, or personal preference.

If your jewellery arrives without any manufacturing or quality issues, it is not eligible for a return, refund, or exchange.

If your order arrives damaged due to a verified manufacturing defect, please refer to our Warranty & Replacement Policy, which explains the replacement process for eligible claims.

What Is Covered

Our quality guarantee covers manufacturing defects and workmanship issues, including:

  • Faulty clasps or closures
  • Broken chains due to manufacturing defects
  • Loose or detached stones caused by a production fault
  • Other verified manufacturing defects

What Is Not Covered

The following are not considered manufacturing defects and are not covered under our quality guarantee:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by accidental, intentional, or improper handling
  • Scratches, dents, or impact damage
  • Exposure to chemicals, perfumes, lotions, or water
  • Improper storage or cleaning
  • Natural characteristics of freshwater pearls, including unique shapes, natural surface textures, growth marks, or minor variations

Please note that every freshwater pearl is naturally unique. These natural variations are part of their beauty and are not considered defects.

About Replacement

For approved warranty claims, the following conditions apply:

  • You do not need to return the original item unless requested by our Customer Care team.
  • Replacement jewellery is supplied in our standard packaging and does not include premium gift packaging.
  • If your original item is no longer available or has been discontinued, we will provide a replacement of the same or similar style and equal value, subject to availability.

How to Make a Claim & 30-Day Quality Guarantee

To make a warranty claim, please contact our Customer Care team and include the following information:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photographs or videos showing the defect

Once we receive your claim, our team will carefully assess the issue and respond as soon as possible with the next steps.

Important Information

Our 30-Day Quality Guarantee covers manufacturing and workmanship defects only. It does not cover damage resulting from:

Normal wear and tear
Accidental damage
Misuse or improper handling
Improper storage or care
Unauthorised repairs or alterations

Joverie reserves the right to refuse any claim where, after assessment, the damage is determined not to be the result of a manufacturing defect.
